All Blue Potato

Banish the drab tuber blues with this stunning heirloom variety! Also called "Purple Marker," this potato forms small- to medium-sized tubers with blue skin and blue flesh. Its solid flavor and creamy texture make it perfect for baking and boiling. Or, grow with Adirondack Red and Keuka Gold for a red, white, and blue potato salad. Though the variety is named "All Blue," the color is more truly a purple, and it exists on both the skin and in the flesh of the tubers.
