Early Red Italian Softneck Garlic

This softneck, artichoke type has a mild, sweet, and creamy flavor. Produces an average of 11-21 cloves per bulb. Easy to grow, more quickly maturing, and stores very well, usually up to 8 months if handled properly.

Garlic is sold in pound quantities. There are typically 80-90 cloves per pound; each clove successfully grown will produce a full bulb the following year.
