Blue Vervain - PollinateHV Local Ecotype

Blue Vervain is a native plant with a fetching, candelabra-like form crowned by sturdy, elongated cones of lavender blooms that open in succession from base to tip. This locally-collected strain provides excellent all-around pollinator support. Its striking, somewhat architectural, moderate-height form makes it a pleasant and versatile addition to any garden.

Growing to 3-4 feet in height, Blue Vervain blooms in mid-summer in the Hudson Valley, typically late July to early August.

This local ecotype seed is of Hudson Valley wild origin and has been scaled for production on our farm in Accord, NY.
