Inchelium Red Softneck Garlic
Inchelium Red is an artichoke-type, softneck variety with a robust, lingering flavor and medium heat. It produces mid-sized, reliable bulbs with 4-12 big cloves in light purple wrappers.
This hardy garlic is relatively easy to grow, and it stores very well, around 6-9 months if handled properly after harvest.

Garlic is sold in pound quantities. There are typically 50-65 cloves per pound; each clove successfully grown will produce a full bulb the following year.
